This is because, unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be returned. For example, if a duplicate order was placed, we may consider issuing a refund. Please note that any refund granted is at the sole discretion of Digital Store Deals & the refund will be credited within 7 working days into your original payment method after confirming the authenticity of the refund claim.
